systemd[1]: Failed to start Set System Clock From RTC.

Hello everyone,

I have a problem on my switch (3650-24ps-l ).the switch is in  rommon mode(switch:)

I tried to repair it by implementing a new image, but I have the following problem:

 - Try a factory defaults reset ; if the problem persists afterwards I think the switch is toast.
