Testing QoS marking

I am looking for software that can generate traffic while marking packets with dscp 46.  I want to see if the packet arrives at the destination with the same marking.  I have looked at iPerf but it doest seem to be able to mark DSCP (at least not in the windows version).  Both machines that I will be testing between are windows OS.

Any suggestions about how this can be done?

Hi,

Search for Packet Generator Software, but since not all of them are able to set CoS, DSCP, 802.1p values, use the dscp keyword.
