Hi there;
If a swtich/router has a USB port, is it possible to get a script onto a switch/router from a USB stick?
Regards

Yes, depending on which USB port you are using it would be usbflash{0-9}: Your syntax is correct to copy the running config to usbflash. Here is even more information on using flash drives.

Darren,
Yes you can use a USB flash drive to transfer files between a switch or router and a USB flash drive. Here is a good article about it.

Hi there;
Would the command be 'copy run usbflash:' or something of that nature? I'm trying to work it out before I get to site.
