Hii Noris,
Many times there is issue in Link for very short interval which is not captured in logs however it is detected by track used in HSRP. As IP sla responder timers are less.
If you could paste below output
sh track

Hello,
hello and hold timers are pretty generous, 3 and 10 seconds, so in order for the state to change, the interface likely went down. What is the output of 'show interfaces GigabitEthernet0/0/1 ?
Last state change was 17w2d. What platform and IOS versions are you using ?
