Kindly, during my search i found this command using in ISG configuration
Router(config-control-policymap)# class type control always event session-start
So, What this mean ...
Also
Device(config-traffic-classmap)# match access-group input 100
Device(config-traffic-classmap)# match access-group output 100
What we mean by (input) and ( output ) ?

Hi Tariq,
This answer is not probably going to be very useful but still... The type control used in class-map and policy-map constructs is used on Intelligent Service Gateways (ISGs). It is a large feature set for devices that act as entry points into a network for subscribers. There is an entire Configuration Guide devoted to ISGs here:

Probably the most interesting part for the beginning is the Overview of ISG chapter.

Thanks, I already read this but actually, I didn't got the mean of the commands above and he didn't explain them in this book..
