the switch port not detected device

I have a switch 3750 x with SFP port, connects with fiber to switch siemens, it is works at 1G, but when after power failure, communication does not work, I do to unplug and plug SFP for the communication is established. with other perifequieques it automatic connect.

There are chances of HW bug at 3750x, but you need to test it if you can

Try to check the same SFP port with any other cisco switch and see what happen after power re-cycle

If everything ok that means other end  i.e. siemens switch has some issue.

Have you tried to reset the port after power re-cycle? what are the observations ??
