SFF8472-5-THRESHOLD_VIOLATION: Te6/2: Rx power low alarm; Operating value: -30.4 dBm, Threshold value: -13.9 dBm. What is this issue? how to resolve it?

This a cosmetic bug and usually does not affect anything.  If the port is not being used, you can shut it down and the message should go away.
