Hello Ronald,
This most likely is a hardware problem and you should look to replace the switch reporting the error. The tracebacks do not seem to point towards any known bugs and all similar symptoms reported in the past by various users/customers seem to have been resolved by switch replacement.

I agree with Joseph. Your IOS is pretty old (I haven't seen this version since 2006). It's about time you upgrade your IOS to a new level. Take note that you have a 3750 so the highest your stack can go is 12.2(55)SE and later.
