Hi Two Nexus7K have configured with hsrp with its address 10.1.1.1 and 10.1.1.2 respectively. The vlan address for this hsrp is 101.1.3 After traceroute, i noticed the traffic goes through 10.1.1.1 instead of 10.1.1.3
Do you think this would have any issue? Thank you

Hi, That shouldn't be a problem, 10.1.1.1 is defined as the active HSRP address. When you do a traceroute each hop will send a TTL exceeded in transit message back from the real IP address of the router or switch. In this instance you know traffic is routed via 10.1.1.1
