Hi... first better appoligise for that pic above
what im trying to do is get traffice from host-A to host-B via the distance simulator.
So the nexus 5548, is the default gateway for the hosts, that reside in the same vlan, they can ping each other fine.
but i need to simulate some distance between them....The distance simulator is connected to the 5k with a standard 1g fibre.
the host just dont take the distance sim into consideration when communicating.(not really surprised about that )
so i need to redirect traffic to the incomming port of the distance-sim, i've thought about using some acl, ?
jwill it accept source port(host-a) via port(5k) destination (host-b)?
any ideas, comments
thx

The quickest way would to have host b on another vlan - that would route thru the distance simulator, with no L3 SVI on the 5K.
