Does cisco have a product at will route specific traffic out to a etherent port or certain port? i currently have 6509 switch has my core.

Sounds like you are talking about PBR (Policy Based Routing). PBR allows you to direct specific traffic based on source/destination IP/ports to go out a certain interface.

The 6500 does support PBR.
