hi all, can anyone tell me if the cisco asa 5505 supports this, and can i block ip addresses on the same subnet?

You can configure ASA's as L2 transparent firewalls.

hi all, im about to order a asa 5505, in transparent mode can someone confirm that I can block ip traffic from the same subnet through the firewall? ie block address 10.1.1.1 seeing 10.1.1.2 ?

Hi all, my line manager has asked if I can load balance 2 firewalls in transparent mode ? is this possible, they both sit on the lan and have the same traffic goign through them ?
