Troubleshoot cisco 3500

Greetings,

When i power on and console in to the switch, console screen was blank then i try to boot in rommon mode and type flash_init but it hang after Initializing flash. 

Led detail:

all the system led showing green and all port led show is amber.

Yes sounds like hardware issue or flash cards corrupted , do you have a PCMCIA slot on that switch you could get one a spare one of them stick an image on it and try boot from there

Ok just reading here there fixed configuration for flash and cant be upgraded or replaced by users anyway  , if you cant get flash working switch wont come online as that's where its booting from , it will need to be replaced , probably cost more to fix it than replace it , you can pick one of them up for like 50 dollars now in ebay with EMI ios as there that old

Yes sorry couldn't offer something a bit more hopeful but I have before spent a lot of time trying to fix things like that to no avail , sometimes its better to cut your loss if its hardware related
