A. RSAPN
B. SPAN
C. Netflow
D. SNMP

Hi

I think it is a tricky question, because all of the options are useful for troubleshooting, now if you want to collect data to be analysed it could be: A, B and C  

Note: I assume the option A has a typo, it should be RSPAN (remote span) otherwise the answer could be: B and C.
