Hi all,
I've noticed the below on our core switch to edge switch connection since forever really... I'm wondering if it's some sort of load balancing or if it indicates a problem ?
The Core is a pair of stacked SG350XG-2F10's and the edge is a stack of 4 SG350X-48's.
I have a cable in 10Gbe uplinks connected to SW1 and SW4 in the edge stack which then connect to te1/0/1 and te2/0/1 on the core.
Can anyone shed any light ?

- It could be a physical link (layer) problem,. check logs at the other end too, also look at port-counters , at both ends.

check error disable by
show interface status,
do this when the interface down.

Hello @cre8toruk ,
check the signal level (power) on the fiber link on both ends.
There may be too much attenuation and one receiver has the received power near the lowest valid value.
One of the following commands should work
show interface te1/0/1 transceiver detail
or
show controller ten1/0/1 detail
see the power levels on both ends
also the show interface te1/0/1 should show an high rate of input errors CRC or other type.
Hope to help

Paul.
How far is the length of the switch interconnection on this copper?
When applicable perfrom a TDR test and post the results:
test cable tdr interface X/X - (note perfroming test is disruptive to the link)
