Trunk using a fibre module

Hello,

I've been asked to configure a trunk between 2 3560's.  I've done many trunks using fast ethernet ports but never using fiber modules.  The modules are in and the fiber conencted, do I have to do anything different?

Not at all. The media type doesn't come into play when configuring your trunk ports. They'd be configured exactly the same as your copper ports.

Yes.

you need to hardcode the speed and duplex mode, disabling DTP (some trunks over fiber do not accept negotiation) and if you can specify the media type too. Don't forget to check if you want UDLD or BFD

I don't know with the rest but I always enable "udld port aggressive" on fibre ports.

If you plan to use this, make sure the remote end also supports this command.

The configuration is the same. Add UDLD command for looping avoid.
