I have 2 switches 1&2 on switch 1 i have trunk port with encapsulation 802.1q and native vlan 5 ,this switch is connect to switch 2 to port that is in
access mode and on vlan 10.
i have user on switch 1 in vlan 10 and there are also user on switch 2 on vlan 2 .
My question
1.Will the link come up (no DTP is running)
2.If the link come up with the vlan 10 user able to communicate with vlan 10 user on other switch

Native VLAN 5 and ACCESS 10 will not establish trunk, and VLAN's 5 and 10 will be interconnected. I.E. Users from VLAN 5 on one switch will communicate with users in VLAN 10 in the other switch.
NATIVE vlan 5 and ACCESS vlan 10 means that frames for those VLANs are sent untagged, therefore as normal ethernet traffic in a broadcast domain.
