Trying to reload only member 2 for C9600 switch virtual-stack mode

Hi All

we have a pair of C9600 configured with virtual-stacking mode
had recently an issue with a new uplink that keeps getting error disable on the C9600 switch side (only on member 2)

Mar 7 10:39:30 MST: %UDLD-4-UDLD_PORT_DISABLED: UDLD disabled interface Twe2/5/0/5, transmit/receive loop detected
Mar 7 10:39:30 MST: %PM-4-ERR_DISABLE: udld error detected on Twe2/5/0/5, putting Twe2/5/0/5 in err-disable state

cleaned up and replaced all the fiber links but still couldn`t fix the issue
couldn`t find any post with similar issue,
We decided finally to reload member 2 of the virtual-stack, was trying to do last night but it looks like we have the reload the whole stack

  - Try using a different port (name) for the links at both ends :
E.g. :  Twe2/5/0/5 (first switch) ,  and not that interface (name),  on the other switch ,

Completely power down chassis #2, wait for 30 seconds and then energize.
