Trying to figure out why my serial int is showing:

Serial0/0/0:0 is up, line protocol is up
  Hardware is DSX1
Description: PNT AT&T circuit ID DHEC890255   ATI LEC circuit ID 86HCGS651329PT
  Internet address is 12.85.36.158/30
  MTU 1500 bytes, BW 1536 Kbit/sec, DLY 20000 usec,
     reliability 255/255, txload 255/255, rxload 5/255

There is minimal bandwidth running through the router.

txload 255/255 means the link saturated.  Have you made any changes to the router recently?

Do you have a ticket with the provider, so they can look at their side and run some tests?

It is a false positive. I can see through Solar winds monitoring that the link is not saturated. Top-talkers also shows that almost no bandwidth is traversing the site.

I see similar activity on a 2911:

reliability 255/255, txload 255/255, rxload 1/255

5 minute output rate 1000 bits/sec, 1 packets/sec

There's no way that the txload can be 255/255 at a rate of 1 packet/sec.

What version of code are you running?  I found a bug that describes this behavior: CSCtr15153.  In my case, it affects version 15.2(2)T.
