Unable to mirror traffic on 3560G

I have configured the mirror the traffic from int gig0/25 (Gigabit LX port) to gig0/13 (gigabit copper port). Encapsulation type is replicate. The traffic on the source port is 200Mbps but on destination port the traffic zero.

I am not able to under stand the reason of this behaviour. Similar configuration at many other places on the similar switch is working fine.

One observation is that this switch is receiving the traffic from a mirrored port of huawei switch in a ISP environment which I am trying to mirror. On the receiving interface of cisco switch a large packets are shown as GIANTS, RUNTS and input errors. But on Huawei end port there is no such errors. Are there any known issues related to connectivity with Huawei?
