i'm unable to ping from PC2 to PC3.

Hello,

you are missing static routes on Router 1 and Router 2. Add the below to your configurations:

Router 1

ip route 172.16.10.32 255.255.255.240 172.16.10.73

Router 2

ip route 172.16.10.56 255.255.255.248 172.16.10.69
