Unable to Sync with NTP server

Dear Team,

   Please any one help to sync with NTP server which is in internal network. I am able to ping with source also. Please chekc the version and configration for NTP. I tried so many combinations with prefers , broadcast delay. But it is not working. Please any one help me.

Hi,

Have you made sure that the clock on the NTP server is not too far away in time from the client, if this is the case it could take a long time for the client to sync.

Have you made sure that the clock on the NTP server is not too far away in time from the client, if this is the case it could take a long time for the client to sync.

Hi Alain,

   I got it, if I changing the time distance is more it is not sync. Is there any other solution for this. Or any explaination.
