Understanding show qos queue config output

I'm configuring QoS for a 3650 Switch.  Has anyone found a document that clearly explains the output from the show qos queue config interface command.  I've run into a couple of problems with buffer allocation so I would like to have a clear understanding of this output including what the multiple numbers under each column mean.

tough one...I couldn't find a document that comprehensively explains each and every single counter. All I could find (link attached) is a document that explains hard/softmax and how to tweak buffer allocation...not sure if that is in any way useful.

Hi Georg, thanks I've seen that document and it's not helpful. In fact the document actually uses the output from that command as an example but doesn't explain what the counters mean.  I'm looking for something that explains those counters in detail.
