Unicast Storm Traps

I am trying to determine if the unicast storms I am getting syslogs on are legit. I want to have snmp traps sent to me at the beginning and the end of the storm to determine if this is just a temporary spike in traffic. I can't seen to get the traps working. This is on a Cat 3750 running 12.2(25)SEB4 code. This is what I have in my config.

logging trap debugging

logging facility local3

logging x.x.x.x

snmp-server community public RO

snmp-server community private RW

snmp-server enable traps snmp authentication linkdown linkup coldstart warmstart

snmp-server enable traps storm-control trap-rate 10

snmp-server enable traps stp

root-inconsistency loop-inconsistency

snmp-server host x.x.x.x public storm-control

Use the following commands for port based traffic control.

1.interface interface-id

2.storm-control {broadcast | multicast | unicast} level {level [level-low] | bps bps [bps-low] | pps pps [pps-low]}

3.storm-control action {shutdown | trap}
