Unicast traffic being broadcast although arp table has ip address

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening. I am doing a packet capture and am seeing a totally different conversation of 2 hosts on the same vlan. I checked the arp table and the ip address  and mac address are in the arp table. I am in a small enviroment so i doubt that the table is overwhelmed.
