Unicast traffic control

I am having a 4510 switch. Avaya ip phones are connected to the POE modules.

i am getting lots of unicast traffic in my vlan interface.Find below interface config...

interface GigabitEthernet8/47

switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q

switchport trunk native vlan 150

switchport trunk allowed vlan 150,152

switchport mode trunk

spanning-tree portfast

spanning-tree bpduguard enable

All of my ip phones are restarting intermideately.

Unicast traffice is contineousy increasing on vlan interface.

Kindly let me know how to control the unicast traffic on vlan interface.

In networks, unicast is the sending of information packets to a single destination. "Unicast" , that's is normal host2host traffic.

Do you have a voice vlan configured on the ports the phones are plugged into? This may give you priority to voice traffic over normal data traffic. Are the phones on their own vlan? How many devices do you have on your vlans. sounds like a QoS problem. Unicast traffic is very normal.
