unknown protocol drops on Cisco 3850 switches

All -

I have a Layer 2 stack of Cisco 3850 switches with the latest sw image. The switches have a large amount of printers connected to it since it is a County Publishing facility. When I look at the some of the switch ports where users are complaining of print jobs being delivered intermittently I see unknown protocol drops. I removed DTP and CDP after reviewing some of the information from the support forums and the problem continues to persist. The printer port is TCP LPD 515. I performed a packet capture and I am unable to find the problem.

See config info below. Please help.
