Upgrade Cisco 6506 IOS

I have a Cisco 6506 with two WS-SUP720-3B supervisors and s72033-adventerprisek9-mz.151-2.SY4a.bin IOS. I checked Cisco's Download Software section but I did not find the appropriate IOS according to my 720 supervisors.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Cisco does not produce IOS for Sup-720 anymore. The product is end-of-life and end-of-support. You can only find IOS versions for Sup-2T and 6T.

There is none for sup-720. The only ones I see are for 2T and 6T

6T is not for the 6500 series.

Correct. 6T for the 6800. So, the only one I see for the 6500 is 2T

I no longer have any Sup720 to test but I suspect it will work.
