Hi Community,
I have a Nexus 3048 with version 6.0.(2)U6(3a) a fairly old version, I want to upgrade to 9.3(12).
I am sending a screenshot of the version of the Nexus 3048.
Thank you for your kind support, since we tried to upgrade but the Nexus broke down twice and we had to do RMA twice.
I hope someone can help me with the correct process without breaking the equipment during the upgrade.
Regards

Most likely explanation is someone conducted a direct upgrade from NX-OS 6.0(2)U6(3a) to NX-OS 9.3(x) without reading the Release Notes. This is not going to work and never going to work.
Upgrade From NX-OS 6.0(2)U6(3a) or Later to NX-OS 9.3(x)
An NX-OS software upgrade to a target release in the NX-OS 9.3(x) minor release from a source release that is 6.0(2)U6(3a) or later requires a mandatory intermediate upgrade to NX-OS 7.0(3)I7(8) before upgrading to the desired target release.

Hi @Leo Laohoo
I was told that the direct update to 9.3.12 was not performed, first the update was made to version 7.x.x but the equipment no longer turned on. With that link that you shared with us, would I understand that we are still as is, the switch should not break down?

Without knowing the hard facts, it is hard to determine, however, TWO (2) appliances had to be RMA-ed. If one, OK, I'd understand. But TWO (2)? Yeah, nah. I don't buy it.
Upgrade to the recommended intermediate release, 7.0(3)I7(8), first. If that works, then upgrade to the target release, 9.3(12).

Hi @Leo Laohoo
We have another Nexus 3048, but it has an older IOS version 6.0(2)U3(7) we want to upgrade it to 9.3(13).
Do you have a procedure to upgrade it to version 9.3(13)?
Your kind support

Upgrade From NX-OS 6.0(2)U6(2a) or earlier to NX-OS 9.3(x)
An NX-OS software upgrade to a target release in the NX-OS 9.3(x) minor release from a source release that is 6.0(2)U6(2a) or earlier requires three mandatory intermediate upgrades. The first intermediate upgrade is to NX-OS 6.0(2)U6(2a). The second intermediate upgrade is to NX-OS 6.0(2)U6(10). The third intermediate upgrade is to NX-OS 7.0(3)I7(8). After the third intermediate upgrade to 7.0(3)I7(8), you can upgrade to the desired target release in the NX-OS 9.3(x) minor release.

Hi @Leo Laohoo
The version I have is 6.0(2)U3(7), if you look at it, it's much lower than 6.0(2)U6(3a) which is U6.
That's why my question is for this IOS 6.0(2)U3(7) which is U3 to take it to 9.3(13), would there be that procedure?
I hope I've been clear this time.

Hence, it says "6.0(2)U6(2a) or earlier".
