Upgrading software images on 3750

I keep getiing a "%Error reading tftp://ip address/c3750-ipbasek9-mz122-44.se2.bin (Timed Out)" 

I have reloaded the switch several times and also the tftp server.  I am using WinAgent TFTP Server manager .

From the switch can you ping the TFTP server?

From the TFTP server can you ping the switch?

Do you have the image on the root of the TFTP server

After the 4th PC I was finally able to succesfully upgrade the IOS.  Somehow it was somethihng wrong witht he computers I was using, I dd not even try to t/s why.

I agree with Reza.  When you get a "Timed Out" error message it means that the client can't "see" the TFTP.  Make sure firewall is disabled and the switch can ping the TFTP server.

If the TFTP server is pointing to the wrong folder or the file is not in the default folder, you'll get the error message of "File not found.".
