Uplink from Data center core switch to Access Switch

Hi All,

Need your help in design a Network Infrastructure, what will be best practice for connecting core switch to Access Switch Scenario is Below -

We have 14 Floor Building with One data center, 2 Core Switch 65XX in Data center, from data center , 12 core + 12 core fiber cable going to each Floor, each floor have 8 -10 Access Switch 2960 with 4 SFP module. 

What will be the best Practice to connect Core switch with Access Switch with high availability

stack your floor switches and use both fibres to you DC forming a portchannel. termintae each fibre on a separate 6500 and run VSS between them.do this for every floor. (i would invest in a set of Nexust so you can run VPC)
