Level 1

I keep getting this error eventhough it seems I have everything CISCO requires on my 3750 switches STACK to operate the CVR-X2-SFP10G module

here is my output:

My Inventory on the modules:

NAME: "Switch 1 - Slot 1 - TenGig Converter Module", DESCR: "TenGig Converter Module"
PID: CVR-X2-SFP10G     , VID: V02  , SN: FOC150110HF

NAME: "TenGigabitEthernet1/0/1", DESCR: "unknown"
PID: SFP-H10GB-CU3M      , VID: ^A    , SN: MOC14500724

IOS Version:

Version 12.2(55)SE1

c3750e-universalk9-mz.122-55.SE1.bin

According to the following link, I can use this module and cable with my 3750 but still not wroking and the ERROR message in my log keeps appearing.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/modules/ps5455/data_sheet_c78-547521.html

I need to raise an EQUALOGIC Storage area ASAP and cant get connectivity on this modules

I'll really appreciate Help on this matter.

Regards

Assuming you have one of these platforms;

WS-C3750E-24TD

WS-C3750E-24PD

WS-C3750E-48TD

WS-C3750E-48PD

WS-C3750E-48PDF

it should work. I would open a TAC case as it looks like you have supported hardware and are above the miminum level of IOS.

correct, this is what I have

WS-C3750E-48TD-S

I opened a TAC case now, and waiting for the faster response :S

RMA the SFP-H10GB-CU3M.  I'm suspecting you have the old version 1.  Only Version 2 of the SFP-H10GB-CU3M are supported.
