USB Drivers for ISR 4321

We recently purchased this router and it does not have RJ45 serial port but only USB mini.  For the life of my I can't get it to work.  I tried Windows update, USB drivers for 2911 (because I can't find any other ones) but still not working.  

Has anyone else had success using USB with similar router to get console access?

Hi,

According to the installation manual there is both a USB-Mini & RJ45 console
