Using Catalyst 2960 Upstream for 2 Routers

Hi, I purchased a Cisco Catalyst 2960 series SI 8 port switch from a university surplus. I don't have a lot of experience with configuring switches. I'm able to access the CLI just fine and have all the tools necessary. I have two routers and want to set up the switch between the routers and modem in order to have access to both. One router is a google wifi router and the other a wired tp-link. This is the setup I would like, and from research and customer service I've called, I believe it's possible.

Modem --> Catalyst 2960 --> Google Wifi Router

--> TP-Link Wired Router --> PC, server, etc...

I want these two routers to function independently. My problem is that I can't get data transfer to the google wifi point when connected. What configurations do I need to apply to the switch in order to make this setup work? My ISP has given me one static ip address if that helps at all.

The configuration on the swich is minimum, actually basically all you need to do is put all interfaces on the same vlan, it not yet.

The switch will be just a connecting point between the modem and the other devices.

Modem --> Catalyst 2960 --> Google Wifi Router

--> TP-Link Wired Router --> PC, server, etc...

If your ISP offers you only one static IP address, you need to decide which device will receive the IP, the Google Wifi or the TP-Link.

If you decided by Google Wifi then you need to change its IP address accordingly and that´s it. The 2960 on this case will only switch traffic netween modem and router.
