version mismatch

Hi Folks

I have Added 3750G to the stack but it gives me version mismatch  instad of ready when i issue the command show switch,Pls Help

  Copy the version from the stackmaster into the new slot

and  reload the slot  . Do  a search on the maain cisco webpage for 3750 upgrade and  follow the directions.
