vIOS-L2 configuration file in GNS3

 Whenever I stop the appliance and run it back, all the switch's configuration is gone even after issuing the "copy running-config startup-config or copy running-config nvram: and copy running-config flash:". I even tried the "copy startup-config nvram and copy startup-config flash:"

NOTE: When I reload the appliance, everything is still there and working perfectly but once I press "stop" the appliance comes brand new when I start it again.

Try GNS3 people on their GNS3 forum.   Do u need to run appliance for vIOS-L2 ?

I think you don't have to. I ran vIOS-L2 in new GNS3 2.x couple times

I'm already runnin vIOS-L2 on GNS3 and when it up it works perfectly but whenever I shutdown (stop) the appliance when I start it back it wipes all configuration. That's my problem with it.

I'm running it on the latest GNS3 sotware and I tried to post it on GNS Forum 3 days ago but still no answer.

Configure the disk interface in the HDD section for 'Virtio' (instead of IDE)

It will also boot much faster.
