VIP card can't be recognized!!!

after i remove the vip card and pugin into the slot, it can't be recoginzed and fail to work.

how would i make it back to normal?

The VIP supports OIR and just removal and insertion shouldnot have caused any problem. You can try hw-module reset for the VIP or reload of the chassis if possible. Else you would have to open a TAC case giving the traceback you have seen.

Is there any chance of h/w failure? ( i mean did you handle the VIP or touched anything inside without wearing anti-static band?
