You would have to be using the same VLANs numbers as they do, and have them configure a trunk port to you.
Alternatively you can put you own site in the original building, built your own trunk to that, and then break out the two VLANs using access switches and plug it back into their kit that way.
HOWEVER, you really need to get them onboard to help. Otherwise you might go to a lot of effort that is not required.
