If the two ports have LAG enabled, is the ports on the switch configured for EtherChannel?

these two ports are trunk ports and its gigabyte etghernet channel..

Both switch ports must be in an etherchannel.

Additional to switch ports should be configured for LAG.

It's common to see mac flap for roaming wireless clients. Looks like the MAC address belongs to OnePlus mobile, if you know this client is roaming then I guess the MAC flap messages can be ignored.

You need to configure at the switch:

int range gi1/0/13 -14
channel-group X mode on

If they are not in portchannel you should be having many other issues. If the swtich is configured for portchannel it will see both interfaces as one logical interface so flapping is not possible. The issue is at the switch side and most likely the port-channel config.
