Is Vlan Pruning automatically enabled on Cisco 9300 Switches?

By Vlan Pruning you mean VTP Pruning? If so, then that is disabled by default even when you enable VTP on your Switch.
In case you mean Vlan Pruning as in pruning the allowed vlans on a trunk port, that is enabled as in the port is capable of doing that on its own (via VTP Pruning or STP). Or you could also manually list the allowed vlans on the trunk.
