Creating VLAN between two Cisco switches.
I have two Cisco 300 SG300-28 switches, connected together by port 24 on Each port are members of the correct VLANS but traffic is not passing between the VLANS
I have configured both ports to be trunk ports and with membership of 1UP and 10T
I know the VLAN works on one switch as this works on the master switch

Can you provide the config of both switches?
Thanks

Is the main switch in Layer 3 mode?
The default is Layer 2 which does not provide any routing functions.
Your SVI interfaces on the main switch do not have any IP addresses as shown below:
! interface vlan 20 name DMZ ! interface vlan 30 name WLAN ! interface vlan 40 name Hosted ! interface vlan 50 name Management
Can you confirm the actual test you are performing?
If you were to put a host in Vlan 50 for example (on either switch), this host would only be able to communicate with hosts in Vlan 50 as there is no default gateway (i.e SVI) configured on either switch for this vlan. You have 'interface vlan 50' on the main switch but it has no IP address.

All our switches are in L2 mode. I have another switch that is connected to the main switch and that is working that is what is confusing.
We are using our main draytek 3900 as the router and this has the VLAN on the interfaces.
How can I associate a gateway with a VLAN?

My bad, I thought you were trying to use them to route between vlans.
Lets go back to the Start...
The Main Switch is connected to the Draytek Router.
If you plug a host into the main switch on any of the Vlans, they are able to route between each other and also to the internet, correct?
If you plug a host into the other switch, they are unable to route anywhere?
Thanks

Main Switch to 1st Floor Switch works with VLANS
If I plug a host into the other switch that isn't working, I can get to the main 192.168.1.0/24 network but not any of the the other VLANS
