I have 3550 with single vlan running with covering 5 ports like
vlan 3=ip 192.168.12.3
it connects my servers in same address group.
Now I want another vlan using 1 port like
vlan 4:ip 172.56.2.1
I want my server(192.168.12.*) can access 172.56.2.* series devices. pls input how does it possible ?

Hi,
Just create your VLANs on the 3550 and assign the IPs to them then enter global command "ip routing" to enable routing on the 3550. Use the appropriate VLAN IP as your servers and clients default gateway.
You may also want to set a default route if these devices require internet access.
