VLAN traffic redirect from one interface to another

Hi , I have a cisco nexus 9000 and I want to redirect all traffic from one vlan of layer2 to a specific interface of layer 3
like redirect from vlan 10(Layer 2) to interface vlan 30 or Interface e1/30 (layer 3)

- The term redirect is ambiguous here ; if we involve layer 3 , then the usual practice is to have a routed port with an IP , and have a vlan's default gateway pointing to it ,

it a kind of PBR but the incoming traffic is in layer 2 and I want to redirect i on one layer 3 interface
