Vlans going DOWN and then the PortChannel

Hallo everyone,

i have an issue in our network.

the network has 2 Catalyst 4500x which are running in VSS, as one logic Switch.

The port Te1/1/12 is on PortChannel 12 , where we allwed the vlans  1,62,75,500-504,506,700

from the other site of the Link is connected one WS-C3560X-48T-L.

many times per day we receive the messsages below on our Access switch C3560.

 can anyone help me to continue the troubleshooting?

Could you please check the link connecting between these two devices ? Is that up and stable?

Can you try to move the cable to different port?

Share the config from both the devices for this port(Trunk port)?

This does sound like a physical layer problem. So please check cabling/SFP/Change ports etc.

Also since you have a VSS set up it would be ideal to have 2 links in port-channel connecting to each chassis so that you get redundancy in such issues.
