Yes, you can as long as the switch ports facing the users are POE ports:

here is a sample config:

interface GigabitEthernet1/25
switchport access vlan 111
switchport mode access
switchport voice vlan 222
spanning-tree portfast

Non-PoE should work right, just need power brick for IP phones which can be bought

Yes, using an external POE injector should work fine.

In addition to what the other posters have noted, I recall (?) some VoIP phone might not actually require the port to be configured with a voice VLAN while supporting a downstream (to the VoIP phone) data device. It's generally beneficial to have the VoIP phone on a separate VLAN, but again, it might not actually be required. BTW, when a VoIP phone and data device share the same port, you don't want as many VoIP ports, on the voice VLAN, as if they had the port to themselves.

Also not mentioned yet, you might want to implement a QoS policy to prioritize voice egress on the "shared" port. (Edge switches often vary widely in their QoS support and configuration.)

Yes, sharing Voice vlan with data vlan is only way to have 2 vlans on single switch port.  you can connect PC via IP phone to switch.   Cisco IP phone provides sort of mini trunks.  see Switch book for CCNP cert
