I would like to get a help. we have a infrastructure in which 3800 series router is used and 2 6500 switch is running. we have 2 subinterface in router for Data and voice.
Probelem : Suddenly ip phone's strucked on configuring ip address. from Router, phone ip arp was not pinging. then we tried changed the sub-interface vlan id to new id and also configured phones with new vlan number but the ip subnet is same.then it started working. its weird that same ip subnet changed to different vlan id was working.
