vPC Nexus error LACP with Switch Access

Hi everyone,

You may give the solution for checking and fixing?

I configured vPC member port on 2 Nexus connect Cisco WS-C3850-48P:

On Cisco WS-C3850-48P:

interface GigabitEthernet2/0/17
switchport mode trunk
channel-protocol lacp
channel-group 103 mode active

!
interface Port-channel103
switchport mode trunk

On Nexus:

interface Ethernet1/36
switchport mode trunk
channel-group 40 mode active

interface port-channel40
switchport mode trunk
vpc 103

and show log:

%EC-5-L3DONTBNDL2: Gi1/1/17 suspended: LACP currently not enabled on the remote port

 - You may need to set Port-channel103 on the C3850 in channel mode too , check output of sh etherchan summary (for instance) ,  find out if the 'global portchannel' is seen in the output  ,

Are you complete config  vpc domain in both nsk?

Are you run feature lacp in both nsk

Are you use same stp mode in sw and both nsk?

vPC had established. Feature enabled in both nsk. 3 device the same mode stp is RSTP. You can give me to advice
