Hi all,
I am trying to exchange OSPF between VLAG and VPC. However, I think that this does not work because OSPF can not be exchanged between VPCs. Is my opinion correct?

Do not make the ports VPC.
See the following link for different scenarios. Its for 7k, but applicable for 9k as well.

Hello,
Routing adjacency is not supported over VPC vlan. Please see the following link.
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/ip/ip-routing/118997-technote-nexus-00.html#anc4
However, in nexus 7k, release 7.2, it is supported in certain modules.

Thank you for reply.
I am trying using N9272Q and VDX6740.
Is there a way to work in this configuration?

Both links can be L3 as well.
No switchport on the interfaces toward your switch and activate ospf on the interfaces.
If you use L2 between two nexus switches, make the interface trunk and use SVI interface to bring up OSPF. Or use layer3 interface.
VPC peer should not be used for routing adjacency.

If you use only L2, spanning tree will block one of the links.

Thank you for teaching me a lot. I will also test and feedback the results.

You are welcome. Please share your experiment after testing.

I found the following document.

Configuring Layer 3 over vPC

Is not OSPF included in the Layer 3 over vPC?
I'm sorry. If you know, please let me answer the above question.

It is just saying that you con configure L3 interfaces and HSRP for gateway of your clients.
OSPF just has been mentioned but design is not included.
Use HSRP for VPC and then redistribute L3 VPC/HSRP interfaces through non-VPC interface to OSPF.

I appreciate the quick response. Thank you for teaching me a lot.

Hi,
It depends on the platform you are using. Some platforms like the 5596Q and 7ks support layer-3 physical link for OSPF peering between the switches (vPC) and others like the 6k support only SVI with vlan for OSPF peering.
