VPN between two LAN

Hi;
I have two LAN located in two cities (LAN 1 in city A and LAN  2 in City B), my goal is to link the two LAN with VPN using two routers cisco 887, I have two addresses Fixed IP provided by ISP.
what the right configuration to follow in order to link both my LAN with two routers using both fixed IP addresses.

Since you're using routers, the best configuration is to use Static Virtual Tunnel Interfaces (Static VTI).

Ignore references to Dynamic VTIs in the configuration guide for your LAN-to-LAN tunnel.
