VSS Active-Dual Detection via enhanced PAgP

Hello all!

I have the Cisco VSS consisting two chassis 6509.

I have the system Active-Dual detection via Enhanced PAgP with one neighbor - standalone cisco 3750. All works good.

I want to add one more neighbor - cisco stack 3750x with 3 members. Will this scheme work? And what is in danger, if the stack is split into two parts?

Or one neighbor is enough?

Sorry for my bad english

thx.

Hi Anton,

You don't need a second or third one.  That link is only for dual active detection.  So, one is enough.

Reza, thx a lot.

Hi Reza I have VSS running on my Choke's Data Center which are connected to my Core’s 65009-E too PAgP is working apparently good on my L3 port-channels but problem is when I have Dual-Active situation for some reason when both get active roll start to have OSPF process ID issues

Any idea or recommendation?

Thansks
